Back from Hawaii and my LJ hiatus...sort of. I continue work on my WIP's. I hope who ever might be reading is doing the same.

New Years Resolutions:

Find more stimulating and rewarding ways to express myself and be more self and family minded. And finish one of my damned WIP's!

So I'm in paradise and you think that would be enough to sustain my brain, buuuuuuut.... I keep thinking of my new WIP, Ghost Mountain. I have never been on vacation and stayed so stuck on a WIP. This isnt bad. It's good--its real good, just unexpected to this degree.

So I guess I'll get in as much writing as I can between this....

The start of my new WIP began while I was picking apart my old one--the old "2 separate stories in one WIP" discovery. Picked up momentum when I did a writing group exercise (Write about 2 high school sweethearts who meet for drinks after 15 years apart.) I ended up using a bit of scene I'd originally written for a fan fiction, placed in a couple ( Read more... )

As of late, I have found a few extra characters and story idea's rolling about in my head. along with my original WIP. They are big, multi-chapter novel length kinda ideas. How many are too many WIP's under my steps?
